Tripple M is named for our three children — each with a name beginning in M. Every shelf we stock and every pot we cook is for them, and for the community we proudly serve in Gales Ferry, Connecticut.

We started Tripple M with a simple mission: bring authentic African and Caribbean food to families who miss the flavors of home — and introduce those flavors to neighbors who've never tasted them. Every product is chosen the way we'd shop for our own kitchen.
